Masonry
The most common material used in building is masonry. Different types of masonry has been used as a building material for many centuries. Masonry is used for not only its safety and durability but also its aesethtic variety.
What is Masonry?Masonry structures are made from a number of smaller units held together with a bonding material known as Mortar. Almost all masonry is reinforced with metals.

Post Tensioned Concrete
One of the most demanding type of structural concrete is post tensioned concrete. This concrete is mainly used for parking structures and multi altitude housing projects. Post-tensioned members have the cables contained in tubes so they do not bond with the concrete. Post tensioned can be either pre cast or cast in place.
Precast & Prestressed Concrete
It takes many different kinds of materials to construct a building project. One method Apearion constructs with is precast concrete. Precast concrete is cast at a concrete factory and then it is transferred to a Apearion’s construction site. Prestressing concrete makes concrete beams much stronger and allows them to span for a greater distance than normal reinforced beams. Prestressed concrete uses high strength steel cables to pull together (compress) the lower half of the beam before a load is placed on it.
